Daniel J. Siegel is the founder and principal of the Law Offices of Daniel J. Siegel, LLC. For over forty years, Dan has served as trusted counsel to attorneys, law firms, and clients throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey in complex legal ethics, disciplinary proceedings, and appellate litigation.
Dan is the past Chair of the Pennsylvania Bar Association Committee on Legal Ethics and Professional Responsibility, where he shaped statewide ethics policy and authored formal advisory opinions. He is a prolific author who has written 12 books on legal ethics, law office management, and technology, including Changing Law Firms and How to Do More in Less Time. He has also served as Chair of the American Bar Association Law Practice Division and the Pennsylvania Bar Association Technology Committee.
A frequent lecturer for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute, American Bar Association, and state trial associations, Dan also provides expert witness analysis in legal malpractice and attorney disqualification litigation.
